While there is no store front for you to shop with us in person, you can catch us almost every weekend at your local breweries and other fun locations for our Starving Artist Market Pop-ups!

Can I customize the design on the products?Absolutely! We specialize in custom designs. You can personalize your hat, tumbler, or coffee mug with your choice of colors, text, and design elements. Simply provide your specifications, and we'll create a unique piece just for you.

How do I place a custom order?Placing a custom order is easy! Select the product you'd like to customize, upload any design ideas or preferences during checkout, and we’ll be in touch with a mockup for approval before production.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?Yes, we do! If you're interested in bulk orders for events, gifts, or business purposes, please contact us for more information on pricing and lead times.

What is your return and exchange policy?Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

How should I care for my custom tumblers and coffee mugs?We recommend hand-washing all custom tumblers and coffee mugs to preserve the design and extend the life of your product. Avoid putting them in the dishwasher or microwave.

What if I’m not satisfied with my design?Customer satisfaction is our priority! Before production, we will send you a mockup of your design for approval. If you’re not happy with it, we’ll work with you to make adjustments until it’s perfect.
